Last week we celebrated the 2nd Symposium on the Immunobiology of Pattern Recognition Receptors at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Switzerland.
We were proud to be one of the organizers, together with Petr Broz and Fabio Martinon, and thrilled to see the event become such a success with great talks, cutting-edge science, and fantastic networking among top scientists in the field.
Highlights for us included the great participation from all the members of our lab:
🔹 Ales Drobek’s talk presenting exciting new data from our work in relevant mouse models of SLE.
🔹 Marta Monguió-Tortajada winning the Best Poster Award for her outstanding research on the relevance of the SLC15A4/TASL complex for IRF5-mediated Th1 responses – congratulations, Marta!
🔹 PhD student Haobo Zhang’s poster on novel regulatory proteins of the SLC15A4/TASL signaling pathway.
🔹 Léa Bernaleau’s poster showcasing her story on CCDC134 controlling TLR biogenesis.

A huge thank you to all participants and organizers for making this symposium an inspiring experience. We look forward to continuing these collaborations and advancing research in innate immunity and pattern recognition receptor biology.
